機泵標準介紹

據不完全統計，現有（yǒu）壓縮機、風（fēng）機、汽輪機、燃氣輪機、製冷機、膨脹機（jī）等“機類”標準750~800個；“泵”類標準860多個；“離心機”標準60多個；“密封”標準（zhǔn）230多（duō）個，總計標準數量在2000個以上（shàng）。上述統計僅局限（xiàn）於中國（guó）國家標準、行業標準，國際ISO標（biāo）準以及美國、英國、日本、德國、法國等國的*標準和二個（gè）美國行業標準（機械工（gōng）程師協會標準和美國石油協會標準）。各級地方標準和企業標準以及其他國家的各類標（biāo）準則未包（bāo）括在（zài）內（nèi）。

標準所規定的（de）內容非常廣泛，有機泵產品的基（jī）本型式與參（cān）數、性能、名詞術語、標記、評價（jià）、尺寸、通用技術條件、試驗方法、施工規程、驗收規範、測量方法、等級劃分等等，但大體可以歸納為設計、製（zhì）造（zào）、安裝驗收三個方麵（miàn）。也有些是機泵（bèng）某些部件如閥片、鑄件、聯軸節的標準或某些性能的規定，如有關振動、噪聲、潤滑的標準等等（děng）。

標準所牽涉的產品種類也非常（cháng）多，以泵為例，有離心泵（bèng）、計量泵、螺杆泵、往複泵、水輪（lún）泵、潛水泵、油泵、清水（shuǐ）泵、試壓（yā）泵、旋渦泵、低溫泵、真空泵、羅茨泵、分子泵、齒輪泵、泥漿泵、耐腐蝕泵、深井泵、水（shuǐ）環泵、混流泵、軸流（liú）泵、鍋爐給水泵、液下泵、注水泵、化工流程泵、不堵式泵、無泄漏泵（bèng）、塑料泵、消防泵（bèng）等等，還有很多。其名稱有些是按泵的常規（guī）分類方法劃分的如葉片泵、容積泵等，有些（xiē）則是按用途劃分的如（rú）汙水泵、衛生泵等，有些名稱則比較隨意如擴散（sàn）泵、液（yè）氮泵等。隻要有此類產品的生產，有（yǒu）製定標準的需求（qiú），通過一定的申請、批準手續就可能產生一個新的標（biāo）準，但有（yǒu）時內容也有相當的交叉、重複。就國內和國外的標準而言，則（zé）國內的標準數量多（duō）於（yú）國外的標準。總的（de）來說，像離（lí）心泵這樣應用廣泛，產品生產曆史（shǐ）長久的泵類（lèi）標準比較多（離心泵相（xiàng）關標準的總數（shù）達到100多個），而像無泄漏泵這種迅速發展（zhǎn）起來（lái）的新型泵類標準則比較少。無泄漏泵目前可查到的標準（zhǔn）共（gòng）有7項，其中國外3項，國內4項，分別為：

注：ASME是美國（guó）機械工程師協會(The American Society of Mechanical Engineers)的簡稱；

VDMA是德國工程協會(the German Engineering Federation)的簡稱。

壓縮機類的標準包（bāo）括壓縮機、風機、汽輪機、燃氣輪機、製冷機等的標準（zhǔn），

其大體數量如表1 所示。從表1可看出國內標（biāo）準（zhǔn）數量明顯多於國外標準數。

以上共計（jì）761個（國（guó）內414個、國外346個）

API，是美國石油協會(American Petroleum Institute)的簡稱。美國（guó）石油協會是早也是成功的製定標準的（de）商會之一，從1924年製定第一個標（biāo）準（zhǔn）開始，至今（jīn）維持著500項左右標準的修訂、更新，其（qí）內容覆蓋（gài）整（zhěng）個（gè）石油和天（tiān）然氣（qì）工業，為石油工業的安全生產、設計、製造、施工和安裝提供了技術保障，並獲得了巨大的（de）經濟利益。API的標準包括防腐和材料、檢（jiǎn）驗、壓（yā）力容器和儲罐、電器、換熱器、管（guǎn）道、泄壓係統、儀表及控製、閥門、鑽探設備、油氣測量標準等，其中機械設備方麵的標準主要是機泵標準。API機泵標準是我國化工、石油和石化（huà）行業重要的參考（kǎo）標準。現將API有關機泵標準列於表2。
